Fraternity and Sorority Life
Mississippi State University is home to 38 fraternity and sorority chapters, all of which are nationally recognized organizations. Fraternities and sororities at MSU promote a balance of scholarship, leadership, service, and friendship. Members of fraternities and sororities are expected to maintain high grades, volunteer in the local community, and get involved in and lead other campus organizations. Members also donate thousands of dollars annually to local and national charities and perform thousands of hours of community service. Many members and leaders in MSU student organizations are involved in one of these communities.
