Student Counseling Services
Student Counseling Services offers students the option of seeing a clinician in-person or virtual through the Doxy.me video meeting platform, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. To make an initial appointment for services, please visit our website at www.counseling.msstate.edu to access a link for the virtual waiting room. A clinician will assess and discuss your needs to determine the appropriate service for you. Should you be unable to utilize this platform or have additional questions about our services, please walk-in or call our office at (662) 325-2091 during normal business hours.
For after-hours support, call (662) 325-2091 to speak with a professional, on-call therapist. To obtain confidential assistance for sexual assault or harassment, call the MSU Safe Line at (662) 325-3333.
The Office of Survivor Support offers confidential, comprehensive support and advocacy services for students who have experienced sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, stalking, dating/domestic violence, and other crimes. The number for OSS is 325-1823. (www.survivorsupport.msstate.edu)
