ADS 3311 Meat Processing Laboratory: 1 hour.
(Prerequisites: At least sophomore standing and concurrent enrollment or completion of ADS/FNH 3313). Two hours laboratory. To provide the students with practical knowledge and skills of meat processing and meat products. (Same as FNH 3311)
